Aims and Scope The idea for the journal, Group Decision and Negotiation, emerges from evolving and unifying approaches to group decision and negotiation processes. These processes are complex, self-organizing involving multiplayer, multicriteria, illstructured, evolving, dynamic problems. Approaches include: (1) computer group decision and negotiation support systems; (2) artificial intelligence and management science; (3) applied game theory and social choice; and (4) cognitive/behavioural sciences in group decision and negotiation. A number of research studies combine two or more of these fields. The new journal provides a publication vehicle for theoretical and empirical research, real-world applications and case studies. Group Decision and Negotiation is published by Kluwer Academic Publishers. The publisher provides information about the journal, including subscription information, table of contents of recent issue. If you want to request a free sample copy, fill in the free sample copy order form and send it to Kluwer at the address provided at the bottom of the form. The journal's ISSN is 0926-2644. There is an web site, a complement to the GDN journal, maintained by the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences. Paper submission
